BREAKFAST OATS


I love a great breakfast but I find I am always in a rush. This night before Breakfast Oats is perfect! I like using a three part container. WHY...to keep it from getting soggy.


INGREDIENTS:

-1/3 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

-1/4 cup steel oats (gluten free)

-1 scoop collagen

-1 tbsp chia seeds

-1 tbsp cinnamon ceylon (the real stuff!)

-1 tbsp maple syrup

-granola (I make my own granola - recipe to come)

-any berries you like


HOW?

-add the syrup, chia seeds, collagen, cinnamon, and a small amount of almond milk. Mix this thoroughly in the large side of a container

-add the rest of the milk and oats and mix again

-in one portion, add your granola

-in another portion, add your fruit


THAT IS IT. No excuses for not starting your day off with an outstanding breakfast with a sweet touch and excellent flavor.
