MOBILE FITNESS AND PILATES RELEASE THOSE HIPS WORKSHOP

3 hours 3 CEC's - PAI approved. CANFITPRO, AFLCA can apply for CEC's

This workshop will use the Yoga Fitness Tune up Balls and the Alpha Balls for openers and releasers. The focus will be on targeted release work for the glutes, hip flexors, hamstrings, quads, TFL and IT band. The workshop will be recorded to view later to review your information. 

$150.00 plus gst

Please bring a mat, water, and comfortable clothes to  move in.

MOBILE FITNESS AND PILATES JUMP BOARD BASICS WORKSHOP

4 hours 4 CEC's - letter for completion can be submitted for approval for CEC's. Syllabus available.

$200.00 plus gst - handout included​

AGENDA:

-Set up of jump board for BBU Allegro. Discussion of other brands will be addressed

-Contraindications 

-General warm up patterns for movement

-Safety guidelines

-Warm up/Prep Exercises

-Exercises in supine, prone, lateral, and supine abdominal

-Re sets

-How to structure a class

MOBILE FITNESS AND PILATES FOOT HEALTH WORKSHOP ​

4 hours 4 CEC's - AFLCA,  PAI approved CANFITPRO can apply for CECs

$200.00 including handouts plus gst

​HUMANS are the only large creatures that can stand on two feet continuously. We owe that stability to 26 bones, 33 joints, and 19 muscles and tendons in each foot and ankle. We can’t look at only the feet and ankles without looking at the muscles that power the foots movement Some of these attach as high up as the back of the knee.
