This course is done directly online as an independent study program. It can be taken in person if requested.

Attending and having a strong understanding of the mat movements is key to success in this course.  Please contact us for classes you can attend to practice your skills and movement. 

Pre-requisite – ABP Course - anatomy biomechanics and postural analysis or a challenge of the TEST OUT exam.

Attendance in person is NOT required. You may attend on ZOOM and or post recordings for the training. This allows each person to attend when the time does work well. If you book and attend separately to our session and need extra assistance - a time slot can be book separately at a fee of $84 an hour including gst. If it is just a few little questions - no fee required!

 

If you are attending Post Recording on your own through our YouTube links - 2 hours is allotted for personal time to meet with Fiona for questions/answers that is included in the fee.
