Reformer Combo Classes
At Mobile Fitness and Pilates there is a class suitable for EVERYONE
Groups of 2-6 - $35 per class per person
Groups of 2 - $55 per class per person
Privates - $100 per class
Plus gst
Reformer Combo classes utilize all the larger pieces of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. The reformer, tower, spine corrector, and chair. These amazing spring loaded pieces of apparatus strengthen, and lengthen the body while challenging the core and the deep connections and intrinsic muscles. Apparatus will focus on engaging the mind with the body to create exercises that involve the whole body. Every exercise is performed with attention to breath, proper form, and efficient movement patterns. Pilates strengthens the core and improves balance, increases coordination, and decreases stress.
Classes are always new and fresh and planned to the level of the group.
Beginner Intermediate and Advanced Reformer Combo Classes
These classes are fabulous for anyone brand new to reformer and Pilates in the Beginner level all the way up to our experienced movers and groovers! There is a safe and appropriate level for everyone. If you have any more serious injuries, arthritis, limited mobility, hip and or knee replacements, please take a peek at our Gentle Classes OR Gentle Corrective.
We run a registered and a drop in program. You can decide to register into a set time and day (save your spot for a month) OR you can go with our drop in punch card program. Availability is checked by texting to Mobile Fitness and 780 668 1910. You can also email us at mfandpilates@gmail.com
Gentle Beginner and Intermediate Reformer Combo Classes

Our reformer combo classes are of various levels from Beginner through to intermediate in our Gentle Program. This class is a gentle class. This class will have less pressure and weight put on the wrists and toes. Options for not kneeling will be provided. Spring load options will be modified as required by each person in the class. The overall pace of the class is slower.
All classes will focus on breath, alignment, safe and integrated movements, and fun! Our classes are 1 hour in length.


Gentle Corrective Reformer Combo Classes
This class is a fabulous option for those transitioning from our IRPProgram, coming from Physiotherapy based programs or off surgeries etc.

Youth Athletic and Dance Focus Reformer Combo Classes
Student rates are available $25 per class plus gst. This is a registered program class
This class is a YOUTH based class! We will focus on teaching form, alignment, breath, and the proper principles of Pilates. All classes will focus on breath, alignment, safe and integrated movements, and fun! Our classes are 1 hour in length. These classes will focus on ensuring youths understand how to properly perform and connect into basic and advanced patterns! Safety, form, and alignment are always the key goal for these classes.
