PAI WORKSHOPS AVAILABLE: 
Mobile Fitness and Pilates Studio is a satellite center for Pilates Academy International hosted out of Pilates on Fifth in New York City. Mobile Fitness and Pilates is fully licensed to conduct teacher training programs through Pilates Academy International, (PAI)  which is a registered school of the Pilates Method Alliance.  PAI is headquartered at Pilates on Fifth in New York City.  We also offer mini workshops.  Many of these are PMA approved.  

We are proud to be part of this amazing team of professionals offering  PAI workshops.  Our teacher training is offered here in St. Albert at our studio in Riel Business Park.

PAI - STABILITY BALL WORKSHOP I

4 hours 4 CEC's  - PMA and ACE approved 

$210 including the manual plus gst. 

This workshop will work through tier 1-3 levels of stability ball exercises. The tiers and exercises follow the PAI All Populations Mat 1 course outline. All the basic patterns that are learned in a traditional mat class will be brought to the ball.  A manual with the exercises will be provided and included in the pricing.  Exercises will be taught based on movement patterns. Leg series, ab series, side lying series, etc.  Each set of series will be taught and progressed through tier one - three.  Please be aware that experience in mat and core training will be greatly beneficial but not required.  The basics of Mat Pilates: core connection, pelvic floor, and Pilates Principles will not be re-taught but will naturally be discussed.  A base understanding of Mat Pilates will enhance the overall learning within this workshop.
