Release Workshops

ROLL MODEL® METHOD TUNE UP

This challenging yet accessible workshop incorporates movement from yoga, pilates, corrective exercise, and self massage.  Workshops are designed to impart fundamental postures and movements along with knowledge of human anatomy.  We will be using small rubber massage balls to enhance this exlusive combination of strengthening, stretching, and relaxation work.  This practice encourages exploration of areas of tension and repetitive stress.  Expect to move in ways that open, energize, and inform your tissues. Pre registration is required.
