Release Workshops

ROLL MODEL® METHOD TUNE UP

This challenging yet accessible workshop incorporates movement from yoga, pilates, corrective exercise, and self massage.  Workshops are designed to impart fundamental postures and movements along with knowledge of human anatomy.  We will be using small rubber massage balls to enhance this exlusive combination of strengthening, stretching, and relaxation work.  This practice encourages exploration of areas of tension and repetitive stress.  Expect to move in ways that open, energize, and inform your tissues. Pre registration is required. 

4 Hour JUMPBOARD Workshop

This workshop was held in person at Mobile Fitness and Pilates. It now is accessible by post recording. 

 

4 CEC's are awarded to this workshop (participant will need to apply for CEC's)

 

We will address the following information during the workshop:

​

-set up of the jumpboard (BBU)

-disorders to avoid jump with

-prep exercises to allow success in jump

-exercises that address various movement patterns in the body

-what to watch for in each exercise

-practice of the exercise - with modifications if required

-re sest exercises for each jump exercise

-lesson plan ideas

-discussion question and answer
